What is your return and exchange policy?
Our return and exchange policy allows for returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of order delivery.
Can we return a used item?
- To qualify for a return or exchange, products should be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
- Electronic items are not refundable or exchangeable.
How much time does it take to process return and exchange requests?
We handle all return and exchange requests quickly, usually within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that delivery charges for returned items will be paid by the customer.
How can we check that the exact purchased product was packed for delivery?
We have a procedure to record a video of the finished, packed product.
